Forum has changed domain address

I have a domain name: c5zone.clubme.net
I do not know why today when I entered the forum automatically changed to: c5zone.forumvi.net
Although I did not change, and now I can not change it back.

In order to know what subdomains you're allowed to have now in your forum, please go:
ACP -> General -> Forum -> Forum address
