ability member

hello
i have two questions
1-
i created very group moderators
and i give them ability for (edit and delete post or topic)
but
how i give them ability for edit and control profile oder member ??
ofcourse i dont want allow them to go to my admin panel
but
i want craeted panel for them to only edit profile oder member

2-
how i see panel edit and delete topic near topic ??
because i only see panel edit and delete post near posts

Unfortunately this is not possible, sorry. This kind of permission is reserved for administrators. You can allow or disallow your moderators to ban members - for that go to "General / Security".
