How do you put a link from an HTML pge on teh forum header?

Put a link to an HTML page on the forum header, You know, Like the "Home", "Portal" Private message, ANd other links? Yeah like there. Thankiez.

Top do this go to admin panel=>General=>Homepage=>Nav links and click on the "Add a customized menu" button.In the "Redirection URL" add the link for the HTML page that you want.
