Hello, I cannot do this kind of avatar (Dont know How)

I would like to use this Image:



See the part of the head-I would like that moving around (blinking in and out) faceing left and right.
Keep it within that same image.

Size: hieght 200 width 150
font: Morpheux
font color: a mid-light purple

And I dont know if you seen the request to have the head "moving" facing right and left-blinking in and out slowly within that image

I was able to do the text (Text is too dark in mine)

But I dont know how to make the head move within that image

Oh I can't do the head moving back and forth sorry.

I added flames and the words- cant make it move however.

Im still editing it- Luna pic editor takes hours to edit.

Edited: 150x200 looks bad with it.

Well, I thank you for the effort but I would really like the avatar to be like I descibed in my original post.

I am trying to do it as well but having NO luck lol
