This is merely a question at this moment because I didn't see anywhere else where I can post this question.

There are a couple of Harry Potter "themes" on Hitskin. However, I was wondering if someone can make a theme for each house at Hogwarts (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin). I was wondering if someone could make a theme to represent each house? Can we request something like that? Or is there some way we can make something like that ourselves?

You need to locate a forum that offers this service.  We do not do whole theme requests.
