non staff member is high lighted as a Mod

one of my members is highlighted as a moderator even tho he isn't a mod

i have checked over and over again and can't seem to find a way of getting his name un highlighted !

could the staff please take a look at this

When I view your index page his name is NOT highlighted as a mod color. He appears as the same colors as a regular member.

Do other people in your forum see him as highlighted? Maybe your computer is not refreshing in some way to not reflect the change? I don't know.
