HELP: I would like to use this layout...

I would like my forum set up the same way as this page: https://help.forumotion.com/portal.htm
How do I do that?

To set it up like this, you need to do the following:

Admin CP --> Modules --> Portal --> Show The Portal? --> Yes

[This needs to be done in Advanced mode]

This will give you a portal like my site, www.meeplace.forumr.comwww.meeplace.forumr.com

If you want it more like the Forum of Forum's (this forum) then you will need to find the code for it (I think) which I don't have, but this will get you the basic portal you require.
