editing templates

hi,
i recently started my maths forum so inevitable i need a mathematical typesetting thing which obviously was

but to have it one needs access to edit templates then we have this simple tutorial(http://forum.yourequations.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=10) which will take hardly 5 mins

but i am not able to acess te edit templates....can the admin of this forum do it for my site or if i get the acess for just this purpose then i can finish my job in minutes
it's very very essential
