How doe sone go about turning the quik reply box on

Double/triple posting isn't allowed in this forum. Please don't do it unless it has been over 24 hours since your last post. Use the edit button if you need to add information. Also Caihlem asked you to stop screaming, please don't use all caps as it is interpreted by many as yelling.

To get the quick reply box on go to admin panel->users & groups->user settings. Then almost all the way at the bottom there is an option that says allow quick reply, set that to yes and hit save.

It is really that urgent? Your forum can't function without having quick reply set up? Come on now, it can't be that urgent. Have some patience.

Thank you ver so much i di not know about the screaming but one last thing what does Allow friends/foes management do ?

You should do a search, I'm sure that has been asked before. If you can't find your answer create another thread for it. Also make sure you avoid double and triple posting in the future.
