Inactive users showing no registration info
I am an Admin on my forum and this morning I received the notification email that two new users have registered. My forum is set up so that new users need to be manually activated by Admin.
So I went to the Inactive Users List and I could see the two new users and I clicked on the name - because before activating a new user I always check the email address and location. I am usually able to see the registration information details but for these two users there is no data in there and also at the top of the page it shows
I also noticed that in the profile page of these two users the Preferences settings are not one set up for the other users - e.g. Hide your online status is Yes when usually should be NO. If I try to change these settings and click save..the page goes blank.
I tried to register as a new user and I did not have the same problem that I have with these two users.
I haven't tried to activate them yet.
Any help please?

Sorry, but no such user exists.

Re: Inactive users showing no registration info
Hmm,
this could have been a little server error on that time when the users registered.
I would not bother if this problem doesn´t occure again.

Re: Inactive users showing no registration info
I activated the two users and now the profile shows the registration details, so the issue seems resolved.
The only thing I noticed is that both users had "&" in their username. Could this have caused the problem?

Re: Inactive users showing no registration info
Hmm,
i don´t think that caused the problem, because §, $, %, &, /, are allowed in a username as well as characters and numbers.
