Hi, I've got my own domain name & created 2 customized email account. The email was working fine initially but recently there are members feedback that the mails sent to the email account didn't get through. Who should I approach to solve the problem? Pls help. Many thanks in advance.

Where are the moderator & administrator? Can you please be so kind & help me to solve the problem? Isn't it a benefit to have 10 personalized domain email when we purchase a domain name with forumotion? What should I do when I've paid for the domain name but now domain email not working? I've been waiting since 21-Apr but no one bother to reply?

Hi Eximma, thanks for the reply. The mialbox is back to normal again. But , I just wonder, what should we do when the domain email is down? This is considered a serious problem as we won't be able to know if the mailbox is down unless someone feedback the webmaster. For my case, the mailbox was not working for about a week. If this happen again, what's the correct way to handle it?
