verify your site on google....

im trying to verify my site on google but it tells me to do this:-

Choose verification method... Add a meta tag Upload an HTML file

Copy the meta tag listed below and paste it in your site's home page in the first <head> section of the page, before the first <body> section.

Admin Panel > General > Home Page > Meta Tags Administration > Other meta tags > puth here the code and that's all Wink

I removed other meta tags and it worked Smile

because, I want to use google apps, and i must verify ownership of the domain, and i have options:
1) upload a html file
2) change your CNAME record

how can i do that?
any help would be appreciated
