There is no such feature on forumotion.However you can add a personal profile field that stands for "Referrals" and edit it whenever a user refers another.

for example ... each member has it's own refrerral link .. so if they want to invite others they use the referral link and send it to their friends and when their friends click the referral link and register to the forum the member will get 1 point of the referral point which mean they invited 1 person to the forum ... in this case we will know who is the active promoter of our site ...
