Change my Forum Picture/ Smaller Forum Catagories.

Hello,

Can and how do I change my forum picture?
I have a theme but I want to change the picture that goes up the top. Can you do it? And how do you do it?

And On my forum the forums inside forums are showing on my homepage. I used this forum making site before and could change it so that the forum only showed the first one, you had to click on that forum to see the other forums that were conected to it. I remember there was a page with 4 then 8 options or something. Like show the catagory then forum, or show everything, or show just the catagories and forums.

Does anyone know what i mean and can help on both my questions?
