Requesting a new skin

Hello! I would like to request a skin to be made for my forum. I know this could take some time and that's no problem.

Skin : Something pastel (green/lilac/blue possibly pink) glitter background with a darker color of the same color for the toolbar section. Big cat eye sunglasses with our name beside them for the banner.
Creation size (in pixels) : YOUR INFOS HERE
With or without animation : I'd like the glitter effect to be animated.

Extra comments : I was thinking like a pastel (green/lilac/blue possibly pink) glitter background with a darker color of the same color for the toolbar section. And like those big cat eye sunglasses with our name beside them, something to that effect. Something with a lot of 'bling' or a silver & blue glitter color scheme might work. I was also thinking we might could use a doll scheme - those cute glittery dollz that are scattered about the net for our new posts icon. The name of our forum is Thrifty Divas. We offer sweeps, freebies, deals, etc. I differ to your creativity.

I didn't realize there was a form. I'm working on fixing it up right now so please be patient with me.

Oh, I can be patient, but no one had responded even saying they would think about it so I was checking to see if it was possible.

Jalokim, I've seen your work and I would so love it if you would even think about it.
