Transferring forum to forumotion

Hi,

This is my first post and have searched but cannot find an answer.

I set up a free forum at hostingphpbb a month ago and have since found this much better formotion site.

Is there a means of transferring my members and posts across, at the moment I am manually adding my members which at 100 is not too big (but quite boring registering each one), however transferring the posts would be a massive job.

Is there an easier method rather than this very time consuming manual cut/paste way.
