gallery icon url lost

Initially the icons weren't showing on the gallery, so I decided to create my own. started with the send pictures one, uploaded it - cool. Oh, now the others are working and they are better than the basic one I made. Now I don't have the url for the original one. Example of one that is ok is: https://2img.net/i/fa/album_en/link_public_galleries.gif
I tried variations of this for the send pictures, but I can't sus it - help! - just errors...

if someone could just check there icon url as requested in previous mail and post here then problem solved....
