uploading problem

i have got a vbulletin theme for my fourm from themes from google but how do i upload it to my web browser by using ftp. I mean that what address should i type in the ftp client or if there is another way to upload it so what is it?

Hello ^^

On Editboard, you don't have access to your ftp account, so you can't upload complete themes (unless they're made for Editboard)
