hello admins and moderators - some requests

well i would say that the forums are just perfect like we dont even have many options in some other sites but in niceboard i have almost that i want.
THe only thing that i would like to suggest is that we should have a reputation system on our forums, i would also like to say that a moderation panel too probably kind of similar to admin one and last but not least we should also have a thanks button so people could add thanks to other people for helping or other kind of stuff like you know what i am saying right. So if you can updates these request i will be glad and i know that you wont dissapoint us
