basic css loading

i have de-activaed the basic css and hav modified some forum apperances but it used to load them but now it is not loadin my css and the just the basic and i still have it dissabled

Try to clear your cache. Once you have deactivated the basic CSS, the color-tab should disappear entirely and only the CSS codes written in the "Styles / Colors / CSS" tab will apply to your site (have you maybe written parts of your original CSS there?).
