Menu Problem

Is there a way you can force menu items on another line?

I have created some of my own custom Menu items to go along the top and I have Turned on Images Only in the Admin Panel > General > HomePage > Headers and it is all on one line but I want to split them up so there are some links on one line and the rest on another. How can you do that?

Also How can I make it space out, for some reason it is put them all next to each other:

You can only do that by putting more space right and left on the button..I don't know how to explain it to you...
