One member has advised she cannot see the new posts flag to the left of her name. No-one else has this problem but this particular member. Can you advise? Thanking you in advance.

I don't think it's a technical issue. Tell your member that this icons could disappear if you leave the website or you are idle for something above 5 minutes.
