Is it possible to send an email to all of my forum's users in one time?
and if it's not, i saw an option to send a pm to a grup
but the normal members aren't in any grup..

help will be much appreciated..

You do it thru the newsletter function.

Admin Panel >> General >> Newsletter, just follow the prompts after that.
