Is there any way to turn off that online google map. I want to set it that only Moderators and Admins can view it.

You can turn it off for ALL users.You can't turn in it off for Guest and Normal registered users.

Admin cp > General > Homepage > At the bottom, "Who is Online ?" > Display GoogleMap > No
