Signatures Empty Signatures

Hello,
i keep trying to allow signatures to come up on my forum but it wont work. I allowed them through the admins pannel and on my profile but it still wont show up. Any solutions?
Also is there anyway to limit on how big the signature can be just so it wont spam a topic?

no way to limit
only be shure that u want to admin panal and selected put Signatures under my tobics
and it'll word
