Why i can't login in the utilities?

Hello guys.
I try to login and appears that
The login and the password you specified are wrong.
What password i have to put?

the password should be the one you used at forum creation.

Which login do you use ? it should either be the forum address, or your founder email.

If the problem persists, please specify me by PM your forum address and founder email so I can send you a new password.

The thing is....
I'm able to login to my forum but however, i still cannot login to the Utilities till now.
I've tried everything from new passwords to the one which i used originally during creation, but all doesn't seems to get me log on. Problem still persist till now. Any advice?

Are you sure that you used either the forum address or your founder email as username? Don't try to log into the tools with your forum account name, that won't work. Same with your password, it's not necessarily your current forum account password. It must be the one that you used when creating your board.

Yes, I've used my founder email and forum address as my username to try to login but still, i can't login.
I've also tried to use the original password when I'm creating my board. Still, it doesn't work.

So I move on to try my own current forum account password, but again, it doesn't work either. Any ideas on this?

Write a pm to Typlo or Eximma again, they can reset the password for the tools as well. Be sure you are making clear that you need a new founder-password and don't forget to provide your forum- and the founder mail address. An email will then be sent to that account. :)
