it disappear.....what happen....i have checked, the chatbox is on...but the chatbox is gone...after i refresh...it is there...but there is nothing on it..a blank box..

Do you activate the chatbox in administration panel > chatbox ?
What is your problem, I don't understand Confused ? And can you give us the link of your forum please ?

i give u the screen shot.....because even if u come to my site,,,u cant see it...because only me can see the blank....and it is not only happen to one site, but two site (actually i manage two site, and all have some problem)

it's a problem linked to the cache of javascript so you must make Ctrl+ F5 or clear the cache Smile

Tell your members to delete cookies on your browser. thats what i did and it worked.

i tried clearing everything....cookies, cache, even browsing history...didnt work....then i opened IE and cleared everything there....didnt work.....running out of options? Sad

There's a problem with the chatbox on our site. I'm not the only one having the problem - everyone is.

Here's a screenshot of what's happened:

I've had a look on another of our forums and the chatbox there is working, so does anyone know what's happened here?

OK - but I don't think the problem is the same. The chatbox was working fine up until about 10 minutes ago, when we all received that message.
