i helped a friend to create an account on here by letting them use my email address but i want them to change it to another one now. we have tried but cant figure out how to change the email address on an accoun on a forum... plzzz help

ACP > Users & groups > User settings > Allow users to change their e-mail address > Check Yes . And then your friend can change his email by going to his Profile and type the new email in the E-mail address field

Profile>Email> changed
