Admin getting banned trying to make a new account

This is the second time iv asked now.

We keep trying to make a new account i need to make 2 for agnoy aunts which will be used by the 2 people who are them when needed. Each time we try make an account it bans us so we then unban the other one and it still doesnt make the account.

Any help?

I've just delete all banned IP addresses, it surely because of a banned IP that the account kept being automatically banned.
