How do I allow my moderators to start Sticky Topics and Announcements?

How do I allow my moderators to start Sticky Topics and Announcements?

I mean I created my moderators in 2 groups titled Global Moderators AND Mini-Moderators and ive allowed the members in those groups to moderate but they cannot do much to moderate as they dont have any mod tools and how do I enable them to have mod-tools and start stickys and announcements?

You help will be much appreciated!

go to permissions and allow them

Ive tried that but the options there are there are allow to moderate and access,
I used to have the option to allow my mods to start stickies before but now that option isnt there.
Please help.

Go to admin panel=>Forum=>Permissions=>Forum Permissions Control and click on a forum that you would like to allow the moderators to post sticky/announcements.On the next page click on the Advanced mode button. If you don;t see it that means it's already activated. Check the boxes for these options "Create a sticky message" and "Create an announce" next to the Moderators group and click the Save button.Repeat this process to allow your moderators to open stickies/announcements in any forum that you want.
