How do you lock a forum, Rules need to be locked.

Go to admin panel=>Forum=>Management=>Categories and forums and click on this icon next to the forum you want to lock Locking forums [Solved] Editer. On the next page look for this option "Forum status" and choose Locked then click the save button.
