Help with HTML pages.

Ok. Let's say you make an HTML page. What do you do with it to make it so that other people can see it?

[url=YOUR HTML PAGE ADRESS HERE]YOUR TEXT HERE[/url]
and save it in your forum.

When users click that, your self created HTML page will open.

You can add/save it in messages, in your forumsindex, Portal.... anywhere you like.

It have the same function as a "normal" link.
