member is an admin but it says no special rank Empty member is an admin but it says no special rank

One of my members is listed as an admin. I changed his status to admin.Yet when i go to send him a pm it reads "no special rank assigned".

Shouldn't his also read ADMIN like the other admins?

AdminPanel>>Users And Group>>Rank Adminitration.......


You Make A Rank And Set That As Special Rank.... Go Back To Your Profile At The Bottomm Of The Page There It Say'a Set Special Rank,......
