all i can share is this on how to make those colored ranks;
1 go to administrator panel, find the group tab
then there you will see the administrator group you can costumize there its color
for moderator, global moderator, newbie, banned member, vip all you have to do with that is create new group modify it and add the color

just ask again if i explained it more complicated since my english was too bad right now heheh
