hi, can i have the next things please? thanks if you can do it for me!

Nature of the creation : a complete style for forum.
Creation size (in pixels) : banners: 150 x 500, logo: 400 x 700, who's online: 300 x 300, buttons the size have to fit a pc normal screen (all in one line)
With or without animation : for buttons, register have to flash,new mail too, for the logo the name have to flash, who's online: the words appear one after the other.
Background color : the next images
