want to ask if somebody knows how to retrieve a website that has been blocked on a computer browser..

It depends on what system you are using ie; your personal computer or one like in a school or Library. If it's the latter then you cannot. Libraries, Schools, Businesses and such tend to "Firewall" websites such as forums and the like.

If the computer is yours then simply click on TOOLS==>Security==>and select internet. The other options are for limiting and restricting website use.

You can use a proxy to navigate to the server and if you remember the index you can copy the base index to file and save it to desktop

tried it once but got caught by my college tutor,

cant find security in tools..

inset of tools are web search, downloads, add ons, java console, error console, page info, clear private data and options..
