How do I change the quick reply box from this:


To this:

At the right hand corner of the quick reply box, you will see an icon with an A. Click that, and it's changed.

Still not the one I want

Go to admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>Configuration and look for this option "Activate extended message editor" then choose Yes and click the Save button.
