Templates management Problem Empty Templates management Problem

Hi,

I purchased points today for the template editing option, all went through successfully.
I managed to edit and save perfectly.

However after logging out and logging back in, my changes were not there and after looking through it stated the following:

"Templates management" option has expired.

You are not allowed to modify templates.
To enable this option again, go to the Credits management panel.

Your templates are still used. If you wish to restore default templates, click on the link below.
Be careful: your templates will be erased !

Only templates of the phpbb2 version will be affected.


So i attempted a restore and had no luck with that, which is why i am here requesting help please.

if you purchased credits then go to credit management and spent some on template management Smile

maybe your using phpb 3.0, template editing only enable for phpb 2.0,

Go back to templates editing and be sure that you pressed the Templates management Problem Ajouter image of the item you edited.

Hello Kilsek,

I did all that too. Trust me, i saw to it that i did everything correctly.
Especially as it involved my money lol!

Again, after logging out and back in everything vanished.
I've logged in and out a few times today mind it's only the last two hours that it's happened. Quite frustrating. So i did the restore and there was no change in regards to the issue unfortunately.
