HTML Problem Empty HTML Problem

I made a picture to advertise my site and I edited it so it would bring you back to my site when clicked. I disabled BBCode do I could show people the code for the picture. The picture and link you see is in HTML but it only shows the code I used. Does HTML need to be turned on or something? Question Question

In the forum, you must turn on HTML manually. You can turn on or off as needed
