hi i have one problem o my forum i`m main administrator and i have registered one girl(becouse she don`t know how to register yourself) and now i need to register 1 other girl that also don`t know how to register yourself and i`ve tryed but i cant it says "You have been banned from this forum." what to do help me please what please!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Check that you have not accidentally added your IP or email to the ban list

Admin panel\Users\Ban Control

I would also check out the reported abuses

Admin panel\Misc\Reported Absuses
