Add a tracker [Solved]

How do you add a tracker in the forum portal.

Ex.

The Colours & Codes was founded Sat Dec 01, 2007 12:23 am,
and today it`s exactly 175 days old.
Until now 2030 users wrote 1591 posts at 11 single forums.
You (nimiel) wrote 27 posts since you registered (Sat Apr 05, 2008 12:10 pm).

If you go to admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>Configuration and look for this option "Site description" you will notice a * right next to it. If you click on that * a new window will pop up with a list of codes.You can make a custom block in the portal and add text, and then the codes around the text. The codes will automatically change depending on the person who reads them.
