Custom titles for users

Is it possible to allow users of my forum to have custom titles which are displayed under there user name?

I don't think that users can change their titles themselves. It would need to be a rank...

there's can be a custom title user can change themselves, it's called personalized profile, but it will show up under avatar, so if you want it to be right under username, I'm afraid it's impossible

Listen up, and listen up good:

Check advanced once entered control panel. Now:
USERS & GROUPS=>Ranks=>add rank you'd like.

now make it special or normal:
If you make special, you need to modify their profile and make their rank through the bottom of the user modification page.
If it's normal, they need to achieve the amount of posts you set it to.
