coloured names for admin and mods havent changed?

I am doing something wrong. I have chosen the colour for admin and mod and it shows the colour I have chosen at the bottom of the home page.
But Admin and Mods names are staying the old colour under the avatar and beside posts.
Is there something more I should be doing.
If someone could run the method past me on here so I can try again I would be very grateful. you can see what I mean here, user name lovage is mod.

You need to enable this option. Go to Administration panel -=> Members & Groups -=> Options -=> Colorized Usernames Enabled?
