List of.. (sorry i dont know the name of this)

and sorry for the title, but i really dont know whats the name of this codes:

I need a list of this things.. and better if there is an explanation of what it does each one..

If you go to admin panel=>General=.Configuration=>Configuration and look at the "Site description" field you will see a * next to it. If you click on it a window will pop up and you will see all the codes and what they do.
