Solved Smiles upload problem

I search on forum, and cant find any manual, how to upload own smiles.
i use smiles from this web site : http://www.freesmileys.org , but when i paste entire code ans save it. my forum delete whole code, and live only 10 characters.
I need little tutorial, how to upload own smiles on my forum.

i delete default smiles, becouse i didnt know that will be problems with upload new smiles
