HELP!!! Deleted a Topic - can I get it back???

Hi all,

Can anyone help??? PLEASE???

I moved a Topic from one board to another, & clicked on "leave shadow of Topic here?" - yes.

All Ok with that.

Then went back to the old board (which I want to close once moved all Topics from it)

On the old board it was shown as "Moved" (but a copy also still here)

So then went to Quick Mod Tools and deleted the Copy shown as "Moved" from the old board.

Now find that it has also been deleted from the new board that I moved it to!!! Didn't think this would happen. Oh dear!!

Is there any way I can retrieve it? Any advice much appreciated asap.
