Creation Email Address and Password [solved]

Hi.. just wondering if someone can help me.

I forgot my email address and password that i used when i created my forum.
And im interested about the rescue tools.. i cant authenticate!
I tried all my emailsz and passwordsz.. but they dont work!


please help me..

can you sign in to your forum at all?

You can use your forum address as the user name instead of your email, but you'll still have to remember the password you used. If you still can't get in one of the admins, and I think the global moderators, can reset your password for you.

BTW: I just tried it, and it doesn't work with the http part, so using this forum as an example, the username would be help.forumotion.com

Actually Im one of the admins, I made the forum to see hows it works using one of my emails and passwords. Then after that i changed the email and password, our clans email and password. But to able to use the rescue tools i need *my password* I tried all my passwords but they dont work!

You are one of the admins, or you are the founder? There is a big difference, only the founder can get into the rescue tools. It sounds like you are the founder, since you said you made the forum. Anyway, did you try your passwords with the forum address, rather than what you thought the user name was? Maybe you tried so many times that it automatically changed your password thinking it was somebody trying to hack in. If you can't get in, like I said above, you need to PM one of the admins, or possibly the global moderators, and have them reset your password for you.

Yeah.. Im the founder of the forum. Im sorry. I tried all my passwords with the forum address but they dont work at all.
