how do I make banner NOT clickable?

how do I make main banner of my forum NOT clickable?

first save the link to the image of your logo.

The go into the list of pictures and "hide" the forum logo.

then go to general-forum description and place the following code:

<img src="link to banner">

so it will appear instead of site description???

the banner image will appear but it will not be clickable.
