Hi,

I put in an automatic greeting for people's birthdays, but my member didn't get it. It's in the calendar, is there something else I should be doing?

Make sure you have both "Allow birthday management" and "Enable birthday greetings" options set to Yes in admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Users=>User settings.

Yep, they are both on yes and it's still not working.
