Simply right click the smiley you want, then click "Save Image As". Save it to your computer then go to:
Admin Panel > Styles > Pictures & Colors > Smilies (left hand column) > Add a new Smiley

Smiley Code: ":smileyname:"
Smiley Emotion: "Smiley Name"
Drop down list: Choose the category you want your smiley under
Smiley Image File: Upload the Smiley from your computer here
